I hope to bring to light the need for the small towns to be viewed as a important community that has needs to a quality of life . The cost of living for most is higher due impart to lack of resources .
As we all age,it is going to be a greater need for in house and personal daily care when all the youth leave for greener pastures. The need to have a social system for the few is going to be what keeps a town from becoming a ghost town.
We as a high tech world have overlooked age , the older you are the less likely you are to be up to date on the latest change in software.
